#FlourishFlour Monthly Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Buying anything will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Thank you for baking with us! Here are the simple rules for our monthly giveaway.

1. Sponsor

The #FlourishFlour Monthly Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Flourish Heritage ("Sponsor," "we," "us"), https://flourishheritage.com.

2. Who can enter

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Sponsor's employees and members of Sponsor's household are not eligible.

3. Giveaway periods

The Giveaway runs in monthly entry periods. The first entry period runs from November 9, 2026 through November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (MT). After that, each entry period runs from the 1st day of the calendar month through the last day of that month at 11:59 PM MT. Entries do not carry over to the next month.

4. How to enter

During an entry period, post a photo on Instagram of anything you've baked with freshly milled flour (any brand), tag @flourishheritage, and include #FlourishFlour in your caption. Your post must be visible to us, so please post from a public account.

That's the only way to enter. No purchase is necessary, and you don't need to use our flour. Limit one entry per person per entry period; extra posts are welcome, but they won't add entries. Photos must be your own and must not include anything offensive or unlawful.

5. Winner selection

After each entry period ends, Sponsor will select one winner at random from all eligible entries received during that period. The winner will be announced on the 1st of the following month (for the first period, December 1, 2026).

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

7. Prize

One prize per entry period: a $40 Flourish Heritage gift card for use at https://flourishheritage.com. Approximate retail value (ARV): $40. No cash alternative. The prize can't be transferred or exchanged, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.

8. Winner notification

We'll notify the winner by direct message from our official @flourishheritage Instagram account. The winner must reply within 7 days, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. We will never ask for payment, card details, or a password. Messages from any other account are not from us.

Limit one win per household every 6 months.

9. Use of your photo

You keep ownership of your photo. By entering, you give Flourish Heritage permission to repost, share and use your entry photo, with credit to you, with no time limit. Flourish Heritage will not repost photos that show children's faces.

10. Instagram release

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you fully release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to this Giveaway. Please send any questions about the Giveaway to us, not to Instagram.

11. Taxes

Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

12. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who doesn't follow these rules, uses multiple or fake accounts, or tampers with the Giveaway. If the Giveaway can't run as planned for reasons beyond our control, Sponsor may change, pause or cancel it. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, by entering you release Sponsor from any liability for loss, injury or damage arising from your participation in the Giveaway or from accepting or using the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for entries we can't see because of account settings, or for technical problems, lost or late messages.

14. Privacy

We use your Instagram handle and any information you share with us only to run the Giveaway and deliver the prize. See our privacy policy.

15. Winner's name

To get the name of a monthly winner, email hello@flourishheritage.com with the subject "#FlourishFlour Winner" within 60 days after that entry period ends.
