Town & Country is Boise's newest farmers market store. This is actually where we mill our flour! We rent a room out from them so you can come shop their store and peek through the window to see our operations. You can also shop our flour in their freezers.

Common Questions
How do I order for porch pickup?
Ordering opens every Monday through Hotplate, be sure to subscribe to text updates to be notified when our order opens so you can lock in your flour for the week. Pickup dates are Thursdays & Saturdays in Meridian by the Village.
Why is the flour kept in the freezer at retail locations?
Freshly milled flour contains the natural oils from the grain germ, which are incredibly nutritious but perishable. Freezing preserves these nutrients for up to 6 months while maintaining the flour's quality.
What events will you be at?
We're always happy to check out new events but since it's only our second farmers market season, we're keeping it simple. We're testing the Boise Farmers Market this year along with our Mother's Day & Christmas Markets at the Victory Gardens. Email us if you'd like to see us at a specific event.
