Buying a Mill
If you don’t have a mill already, I wanted to create this guide to simplify it for you. My go to mill recommendations are the Salzburg MT 12, the vintage Magic Mill, and the Komo and Mockmills (practically the same and designed by the same guy). I will always recommend stone milling and wood over plastics but that’s not to say you can start with whatever fits your needs.
